Open Crewshot, go to Settings → Delete account, and follow the prompts. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm — this is a permanent action with no recovery step, so we make sure it's deliberate.
What happens depends on whether you're the only person in your organization:
Deleting an individual photo, video, report, or project (without deleting your whole account) is also available from inside the app, and is covered in full in our Privacy Policy.
If you no longer have access to your device, or the app, email us at support@crewshot.org from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and process it manually — this takes a little longer than the in-app flow, but the result is the same.
Deletion through the app is immediate and permanent — we don't keep a recoverable copy of what's removed. Separately, if an organization's subscription is canceled or an account is closed without an explicit deletion request, we retain data for 90 days to allow for account recovery, after which it may be deleted. We may retain limited records (for example, billing history) longer where required by law.
For the complete list of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
